Amenities are generally okay but the television is a bit old. There’s no YouTube or Netflix. Hope the hotel will consider an upgrade.
Generally, decent stay for family as the hotel room is spacious.

The room was clean and tidy. You cannot check in early. When I asked if I could check in for the first time, the front desk told me that I had to pay a deposit of 300 MYR. It was clearly written on Ctrip that it was 100 MYR. I left in the morning, and the breakfast fee I paid could not be refunded, and there was no breakfast takeaway service.

The room is non-smoking and quite spacious, featuring 2 king beds. The breakfast buffet spread is limited. No swimming pool. Located about 15 km from JB city. Aeon Kebrau Mall, Toppen Mall, and Ikea are about 3 km away. Housekeeping is good. Receptionists on duty were stone-cold. You pay for 3-star service, and you get 3-star service. No complaint.
